TrackFlow Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to TrackFlow, a workforce location, visit, route, reporting, and business administration service operated by Home to Globe and itXpert.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the account assigned to you. Business administrators confirm that they have authority to create and manage staff accounts and must provide staff with any workplace notices or obtain any consents required by employment and privacy law.
Location tracking
Staff tracking is user-initiated. When started and permitted by the device, precise location may continue to be collected while TrackFlow is not visible, including when directions are open or the screen is locked. Staff must stop tracking when work ends. Businesses must use location information only for legitimate, disclosed, lawful workforce purposes and must not use TrackFlow for covert, unlawful, discriminatory, or unsafe surveillance.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, distribute malware, or use data for purposes inconsistent with these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and availability
Business access may depend on a trial, subscription plan, staff limit, and renewal status. Unless separately agreed, fees and renewals are handled directly with the business rather than through the mobile app. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Data and responsibility
Businesses remain responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of information they submit and for configuring authorized users. Location and map information can be delayed or inaccurate because of device, network, GPS, battery, permission, or third-party service conditions and must not be used for emergency response or safety-critical navigation.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using TrackFlow at any time. We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. Account deletion can be requested through the deletion page. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate contractual, security, or dispute-resolution needs.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrackFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after required notice or renewed acceptance constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Contact support@hometoglobe.com with questions.
